The Riley Post

I don't even know where to start with Riley. She is one of the nicest people you will ever meet you in your life and I am just lucky to call her one of my closest friends. We became friends in the beginning of Year 9 before I moved to the V band. We were in Modern Foreign Languages together and we were split up by two guys, although we asked the teach if we could switch to sit next to each other - friends at first sight. Actually we became part of the same social group as of year 10 do you remember what I mentioned in the Deeya post about Aimee, Deeya and Riley? Well it really is true if you became friends with one of them you became friends with all of them - but I'm not complaining Riley is such a lovely human bean and since that day we have been the best of buds.

Riley recently told me that she was glad she had met someone else with a fringe (that was before I outgrew mine). That had made me feel really happy and fuzzy on the inside.
As there a Hannahs in our group we decided to call them by their last name so it wasn't confusing (that's right Riley's first name is Hannah, shocker!).
New Years Eve 2012
Me and Riley have many laughing fests together, actually one of them occurred only a couple of weeks ago. We were both doing our own thang; I was writing notes for
psychology and Riley was musicing when I kicked Riley's shoe off (accidentally). But it had been at the perfect moment as she was listening to Beethoven's 5th. The dun dun dun happened when Riley's shoe happened to somehow fall off her foot - the laughing then began.
Riley is one of the smartest people I have ever met she ended up getting A*'s and A's for her GCSE's and A, B,C, D at AS. I feel so privileged to call someone this much of a genius one of my best friends. So not only is she a book worm she is a music genius also Riley is our own personal rock god - I know right she is the ultimate brain!
The two amigos at my 16th
When we go to a group party we know if Riddles (my nickname for Riley) is planning on getting wasted there is one sign and one sign only - her glasses! This is only because she can't take her contacts out when she is slightly drunk. Although even when she is drunk she does makes some sense which astonished the whole group when she does it! On the night of my 16th birthday I was the cameraman of the party and I took a lot of selfies that night but the important one was taken with Riley. Every party since that first selfie there there has been the iconic drunk selfie between myself and Riley - known to the two of us as the drunken selfie. However, when I move and Riley is off to all her first year university parties at Exeter I will feel so distraught if she ever takes a drunken selfies with another person (only kidding).

Anyway hope you enjoyed reading something new about Riley

The Deeya Post

Deeya on Prom night with short hair
So Deeya came with the package of Aimee and Riley so I guess I had to be friends with her (only kidding). But in all seriousness I met Deeya when I befriended Aimee and Riley in year 10; although we only had one lesson together (maths, as Deeya is a genius and chose all the smart subjects) I became really close with her. Even though the only time we would really spend together is at lunch somehow we found things in common for example neither of us have any common sense - well smart people never have any common sense so I don't know what my excuse it. In year 11 the four of us (Aimee, Deeya, Rach and I) started walking to school together (I mentioned that in The Rachael Post). So you'll know that Deeya and Aimee walked together but I still heard all of Deeya's silly stories and believe me there were and still are lots of them. Most of the time I have known Deeya she has had long hair until one day she came into school with really short hair it was a shock to everyone. She had moaned about it everyday after she had lobbed all her hair off - it thought it was actually quite amusing. Even now when we look back to pictures of prom and my 16th she moans.
Deeya and I at the Warner Bros Studio Tour
Anyway, year 12 was the year Deeya and I had gotten really close, well we were practically in all the same lessons together - I could not get rid of her no matter how hard I tried. As we were in so many lessons together we began to share private jokes and 'you had to be there moments' that we still laugh about (most of them physics related). Later on in the year I introduced her to two programmes that are favourites of mine - pretty little liars and the vampire diaries; which she now loves may I add.
My 16th Birthday
One of the benefits of being friends with Deeya is seeing her under the influence of alcohol and trust me it is something you do not want to miss. Many of our groups private jokes have originated from the one and only Deeya. But as I said previously she has low common sense at the best of time give her a drink and the common sense just drops straight to zero, bless her.
To be honest if I weren't friends with Deeya my life would be pretty boring, I'd be alone in physics and I would be struggling physics as well - she helps me like the good person she is (aww).
Deeya is stupidly smart, caring, funny, crazily pretty and she has a heart of gold and I couldn't imagine not being friends with her. Over the last 3 years Deeya has become one of my best friends and I generally wouldn't know what to do without her - I would be lost!

What's Your Number Review

What's Your number has recently made it into my top 10 favourite movies; mostly for the reason that Chris Evan looks gorgeous in it!
Anna Faris plays the role of Ally Darling  who has recently lost her job and her boyfriend.
Her last guy was a self-centred, veggie, cycling eco-freak; but her mother (Blythe Danner) thought he was an improvement on most of her boyfriends.
Ally has had sex with 19 men, though not at the same time (that would make for one awkward morning), and reads an article in Marie Claire that dooms any woman with 20 lovers or more to old cat ladyhood.
This throws Ally into despair, because she believes everything she reads in women’s magazines. Doesn’t everyone?
This is the first of several clues as to why Ally can’t hold down a job or a boyfriend. She’s dim.
But seeing Donald, a grossly obese man she once 'dated' who’s lost weight, gives her a second idea to hold in her mind. ‘Donald can’t be my only ex who’s got better with time,’ she tells her sister.
So she gets the hunky, super-hot greek god from the neighbouring apartment (Chris Evans) to track down all her old exes.
If you haven’t worked out by now that the hunk is the one for her (like all rom-coms), even though he doesn’t have pompous intellectual circles as a character, then you really are not getting out enough.
Hunk: Ally Darling gets the super-hot lothario Chris Evans to track down all her old exes
                                                                    ^see he is yummy
But first, of course, we have to go through all her former boyfriends. These include an Englishman (Martin Freeman), a weird puppet guy, the lovely jake adams and her former boss.
On re-encountering her Englishman ex, she is so eager to please him that she transforms her own accent into a curious combination of Dick Van Dyke in Mary Poppins and Borat.
The script is by two women, Gabrielle Allan and Jennifer Crittenden, and based on a novel by a third, Karyn Bosnak, so it’s disappointing that it subscribes to the notion that an irresponsible man with a history of one-night stands is ideal husband material, whereas a woman who has slept with 20 can expect to be regarded as an unmarriageable whore.
But at least, this Hollywood comedy doesn’t make us watch and listen as Ally goes to the toilet, although that is the one thing they are missing - who doesn't love a bit of actors fake peeing? Other saving graces include the fact that Faris is funny, sympathetic and a commendably enthusiastic clown.

No one would guess from this movie that Faris has also been in films as bad as The Hot Chick and Just Friends as this film is comedy gold.
If ever she gets to 20 her future is in spinsterhood hence why Ally is looking for the best ex of her life to avoid said place.
The sexual innuendos and remarks in this film made me laugh at least ten times, and Faris succeeds in making one of the dumbest heroines of the year but it is adorable.
So I give it 4.5 stars and I recommend you to give it a watch.

Daily Makeup Routine

Foundation - £7.99
Concealer - £5.99
Powder - £5.99
I start my make-up routine with applying simple's light moisturiser to me face. After so I go ahead and use Maybelline Fit Me liquid foundation in shade 115 ivory (the lightest shade as I'm on the pale side). Also from this collection I use the Fit Me concealer in shade 15 ivory also the lightest shade. The combination of these two products is perfect as it is the right balance of creaminess you want in base products without looking 'cakey'. I work the foundation in with the real techniques foundation brush and use my fingers for the concealer.
Mac - Fleur Power £18
Next with the real techniques blush brush I apply my newest blush from my makeup collection to either the apples of my cheeks or my cheek bones due to my longer face. Applying the product in circular motion or dabbing it on the apples of my cheeks. This blush may look like a barbie doll pink in the pan but on the cheeks its more of a subtle flushed colour. To my surprise it stays put for quite a while on the face you would on have to touch up maybe once in the day if you really have to.

On and On Bronze - £4.99
After applying my blush I go to my eyes. Recently I have been using Maybelline's colour tattoo in on and one bronze a lot but normally I use my Urban Decay Naked 2 combination of suspect and snake bite. However the colour tattoo is so easy to apply it doesn't move and doesn't involve blending so you're done within 2 minutes maximum. Lucky for me when I'm in a rush.

Dip-It Black - £4.49
Once I've got my eye shadow sorted it's onto the art of liquid liner. The 'cat eye' looks has become increasingly popular over the last year. So as I follow the trends that's how long I've been wearing it for. Although I have tried out so many liquid lines until Aimee suggested the Sleek Dip-It liner and I've used that even since. It creates a precise and as the name suggests sleek line with the thin brush provided.
High Brow Kit - £3.99
At this point I have most of my makeup done all I have left to do is my eyebrows, mascara and lips. I have actually only been doing my eyebrows for the last 3 or 4 months. So when I was recommended the beautyUK high brow kit I thought why not as all the beauty guru's used powder and gel and their eyebrows look amazing. Being a blondey I use the lightest colour in the top left hand corner with the (that's right you guessed it) real techniques brow brush.
Colossal Cat Eyes - £7.99
The Rocket - £7.99

I use a combination of two mascara's the first one I use is the Maybelline Colossal Cat Eyes volum' express mascara. I use this as a base and normally give my lashes one or two coats. This leaves my lashes looking lengthened are curled which is great as my lashes look short and quite straight (boo).

The curved shape of the wand allows me to get right into my corner lashes.

The next mascara I use is Maybelline the rocket volum' express. As the name suggests it volumises my already lengthened and curled lashes. I only apply one coat to my upper lashes and two coats to my bottom lashes. The formula of this mascara is very similar to benefits they're real but it is only a fraction of the price (YAY!)
Orange Punch - £7.99

I finish off the look with one of the new colourboost lip crayon from bourjois. I have all for shades: orange punch, peach on the peach, fuschia libra and red sunrise. I tend to reach orange punch most of the time. They are quite sheer but you can really build it up for a fuller look.
Latsly I set my makeup with Maybelline's Fit Me powder in the shade 120 ivory and my makeup stays put all day.

My First Essie

It was only a couple months ago when I purchased my very first Essie nail polish - it also happened to be Blue Rhapsody. Me being me I was doing a bit of online shopping and about to go to checkout until I decided this nail polish-aholic needed a new colour. Thus the purchase of Blue Rhapsody became my first as being from the UK there aren't many stores that sell Essie so online we must go. Mind you I did struggle making the choice as there was so many of the website to choose from – it did take me a good 10 minutes.

Waiting for 3 days for my purchases is not one of my favourite things. Although coming home from school and seeing the package on my bed did bring me a bit of joy I must say. It wasn't long after I had taken it out of the packaging before I painted my nails with the newest addition to my collection. I generally was so excited as i had heard so many good things about the brand from all the beauty guru's on YouTube as well as my best friend Paige (who actually persuaded me to purchase my recent Essie polish (again she doesn't help with my addiction).

I certainly was not disappointed with this product! The colour payoff is amazing it is so opaque and you can definitely get away with one coat but I prefer two coats as well as a top coat for the extra shine (I recommend Revlon quick dry top coat). Also with a wide brush application you can get the precision and control you want from a nail polish. The blue undertones of the silver are really brought out when in the sun. For this reason it makes for the perfect autumn/winter shade that you need in your collection.
So what was your first Essie shade?
Hope you enjoyed reading something new

The Rachael Post

Rach is my longest friend since moving back to England it's almost been 5 years. I met her on the intake day for my Upper School and we were put in the same form. Also being the only person going to All Saints from my middle school i had to make friends and quickly and to my lucky Rach was really friendly (WOO!!). Ever since that day we've been best friends. Rach is actually the only friend I remember deciding to be friends with. All the others just kinda happened and I don't remember how.

Once I started year 9 I'd been put in most lessons with Rach and after spending most of my time in the day with her, I soon learned how much of an amazing person she was. Not only is Rach beautiful, but her blonde moments just amaze everyone. We also had the same kind of humour so we had plenty to talk and laugh about during our walks to school.
Rach is also one of the most caring people of our group. It has been proven from the majority of our parties she is normally making the people who are out of it are okay and have a bucket.

We also enjoy quite a lot of the same books - quite a few times she has recommended a certain book to me and I end up really enjoy reading it. Mind you we can't borrow each others books anymore as I have a kindle (which I love). Rach is very anti-kindle; she would much prefer to sit down and read a book, turn the pages and once she has finished she can see how well loved the book is. Rach has often told us that she loves the smell of old books and it gives her a great satisfaction of placing her books on the bookshelf. So I can see her point of anti-kindleism but I'm still pro-kindle.
When it comes to make-up, well she knows where to put it on her face but she isn't a makeup fanatic like me and Paige are. So when Rach asks me a question related to makeup I can't help but laugh sometimes - but she is learning.
Lately Rach has considered herself somewhat of an modern artist. So she comes up with these 'abstract' pieces which the whole group just think is pure geniusness (yep, a-huh, yeah, yes). The mind of a vegetarian when they see meat is my favourite it is just brilliant. With the way it overlaps sometimes I wonder how she even came up with the concept (it is an inside joke).
If I'm being honest Rach is just one of the genuine people you will ever meet, what you see is what you get with her. Even if Rach tried to be fake she would fail terrible but it was result in a new very funny inside joke! I really do love Rach and if she wasn't around I don't know how I would cope as she is my rock.

Thanks for reading something about Rach
au revoir

The Paige Post

Paige mixing the famous Aimee cocktail
Mine and Paige's friendship all started in Year 9 when I joined the V band for all my subjects and I joined the triple science group. When I walk into the classroom all the seats were taken other than the one next to Paige so of course I sat next to her as I needed to make friends with someone and soon! That was the birth of our friendship and we have been friends every since that science lesson. I guess me and Paige got closer in our GCSE subject choices, both Paige and I took media and art so we spent quite a lot of time together in the week. But through year 9,10 and 11 Paige and I were in different social groups I don't know why because our group was just so awesome (I've decided that she couldn't cope with all our awesomeness all at one time).
Paige and I - New Years Eve 2012
Since then our friendship has grew so much so for my 16th I decided to invite her to my party (the best decision I've ever made!). We all fell in love with Paige that night (some more than others) and since that night Paige has been an honorary member of our crazy, messed up group! Over the last year Paige and I have grown even closer over one particular interest of ours - MAKEUP! The other don't quite understand our obsession for brands like MAC, benefit or urban decay like we do and that is why we have each other. We're also quite a bad influence on the other whilst shopping; doesn't matter if it is makeup or clothes as we're just impulsive shoppers.
The drinking buddies drunk
Not only is Paige one of my amazing and beautiful best friends she is also my alcoholic best friend (she's not actually an alcoholic we just call her one as she drinks the most and gets drunk all the time). It all started with my 16th and went all downhill from then on in. She is the BEST drunk though; she may be bitchy but she is so damn funny as Paige doesn't realise what she is saying. The creation of Bitchiness 101 happened while Miss Paige Wyllie was drunk - that was also a good night.
When I move to Australia not am I only losing my best friend but I'm losing my partner in crime, drinking buddy and makeup consultant. Even though Paige doesn't help with my makeup/nail polish addiction I wouldn't change a thing about her she is so beautiful, funny, smart (at times) and such a good person and I love her to bits!
Hope you enjoyed reading something new about Paige

The Aimee Post

I officially met Aimee in year 10 when our maths classes were combined. That also was the point where I also became friends with Deeya, Riley and Berry (also a girl just to clarify). I don't know how we all became friends there was me and Rach, then Aimee, Deeya, Riley and there was also Paige and Berry but I have no idea how we all combined as one group; anyway this story is about Aimee i'll get to the others another time. The point is somehow Aimee and I became really good friends and ever since then our friendship has grown immensely - this was all due to our year 10 and 11 English and Art lesson. I soon learned that Aimee was an amazing artist and her artist skills have just grown since I've known her i can't wait to see what she is like 10 years from now; I will be truly proud of her no matter what.

So my 15th birthday had rolled around and I had organised a meal out with my friends at the Harvester which was my favourite restaurant at the time - with an unlimited salad bar why wouldn't it be?! My close friends had been round during the day to say happy birthday and eat some cake. That day I gained an original Aimee Falvey masterpiece (even though she hates it) but I loved it and still do.
Echo and Diesel Birthday Card 2011
The next year our friendship just got stronger; in the summer term Aimee ended up staying round my virtually every weekend. I think she ended up staying round mine for 7 weeks in a row. When she stays round we have a totally wild night. Yup that's right a combination of mario kart and YouTube videos with a bit of American Pie at the end as we're going to be. It got to the point that Aimee was staying round so much that she ended up getting her own duvet set in my house and my parents consider her as their second daughter and love her like one as well. We even started to invite Aimee to family events and got all the gossip on my family also she was never bored in the company on me and my family.

Aimee came round mine once and mum had bought these chicken feet for my dogs to eat (this was pre-vegetarian Aimee) and Aimee was so grossed out so as a joke mum and dad had wrapped some up as a birthday present for Aimee's 16th it was hilarious to see her reaction! One of the shows Aimee and I both enjoyed was The Big Bang Theory so i brought the season 1 box set for her for her 16th and every holiday/birthday since i had just got her another box set of BBT (she almost has them all now).

The summer of 2012 was the season of my birthday and Aimee had been planning this amazing surprise for me as a present I couldn't have asked for a more amazing gift ever! One day Aimee had asked me to pop round hers to take some pictures; I was a bit suspicious as Aimee isn't a picturey type but I went round anyway. I didn't realise that is was a painting of the two of us. When I saw what she had done for me I was almost in tears it was just amazing; as you can tell she is a true artist!
Aimee and I - Birthday Present 2012

I am truly going to miss Aimee's laugh, stories and titage when I move but most of all I'm going to miss her company, the moments we have and the private jokes. I don't know what I'm going to do without her when I leave England as she had been a great best friend to have and I love her to pieces, plus she stops me from making stupid mistake most of the time.

Urban Decay Naked 2 Palette

From the first time I saw this palette I was in love. The variation of different neutrals astounded me, even though some aren't really that wearable during the day. However, this palette is perfect from turning a day time look into a night out look. When I purchased this palette I only just started out in the eye makeup world so I had no idea really what to wear and what brands were the best until watching a Tanya Burr video where she mentioned that it was a good quality brand and the shadows were brilliant so obviously I went and purchased it online.
From L to R:
Foxy, Half Baked, Bootycall, Chopper, Tease,

Snake Bite, Suspect, Pistol, Verve, YDK, Busted, Blackout
With 12 different neutral you really do have quite a choice in the mornings when getting ready. There are 3 matte shades and 8 shimmer shades and 1 really glittery shade. A great thing with this palette is that you can depot the pans if you wish and refill them with other colours. The naked 2 is the second palette from this range of products by urban decay and is equally as popular. The price isn't even that shocking; £36 for a palette of 12 shadows and works out to be £3 per shadow which is great value if you think about it. Plus you get a free mini urban decay lip gloss in the shade naked and a double ended eye shadow brush which includes a base shadow brush end and a blending 'fluffy' brush. Really this palette is of great value and I highly recommend it.

My Top 10 Perfumes

1. Enchanted Wonderstruck by Taylor Swift
I have only recently added this scent to my collection but is by far my favourite perfume in a long time. When I'm choosing a new scent the bottle is taken into consideration and this bottle is cute! The golden charms really make you feel girly; this bottle just adds a bit of pzazz to your dressing table. Even though I'm not that kind of person that carries perfume in her handbag I would certainly purchase the 10 ml roller ball because the scent it just so damn good! The top notes of this scent includes passion fruit, wild berries and pink poppy; you can definitely smell the passion fruit. Whereas the base notes are vanilla and white musk, most people who review this perfume say it is a floral scent but I on the other hand feel like it is a very fruity scent and will linger throughout the day so you may only need to re-spritz at some point but only if you feel you need to.

2. Wonderstruck by Taylor Swift
This scent came in close second as I like really fruity scents and I feel like this is a tad too sweet but it is still in my top 10. Bottle is really similar to enchanted wonderstruck expect the bottle is a blue toned purple and the charms are different. The top notes include freesia, green tea, raspberry, dewberry and apple blossom and the raspberry is quite strong in the perfume. The base notes include musk and peach (I'm a sucker for a scent that includes peach).
3. J-Lo Love and Glamour
Me, Aimee and my family we're off to France in the Summer of 2012. Silly ol' me had forgot to pack a bottle of perfume so I was rushing around the duty free looking for a cheap nice smelly perfume. I thought had picked up Ricci Ricci by Nina Ricci but it wasn't the perfume it was the body lotion. So when I was on the plane I ended up purchasing Love and Glamour and is now one of my all time favourites. It is a floral fruity scent and you can really tell that. With tops notes of Italian mandarin and guava and heart notes of water lily and orchid it makes the perfect spring scent that is a must have for your handbag.

4. Hollister
One of the nicest scents I've ever smelt. sweet, woody, fresh and a hint of citrus. If you've ever been in a Hollister store you would have smelt this. The only thing I have criticise  is the projection and longevity as it lasts a maximum of 5 hours. The price range for this scent is a bit high but if you are willing to pay the price for a good quality scent you will not be disappointed other than that it smells amazing. I would say it is a transitional summer into autumn scent but you can wear it at any point through the year

5. Prada Candy
If you have a sweet tooth this perfume is the perfect match for you. I really enjoy Prada Candy. As a lover of sweet, gourmand fragrances, it is hard for me not to! What I like the most is the fact that this perfumes so much more mature and elegant than many of the gourmand fragrances that come across as "young"  (Viva La Juicy, Jessica Simpson Fancy etc.). Also it's a very powdery warm scent with an intense note of caramel that overwhelms me. I just spritz a couple of very, very slight sprays on me, and I feel enchanted. It generally lasts on me from morning until afternoon, I think it all depends on how much you wear. This is the per autumn/winters night scent and is one of my favourites in my collection at the moment.

6. Circus Fantasy by Britney Spears
The second fragrance form Britney Spear's Fantasy line this was my first everyday scent and I have re-purchased it twice, that has to mean something right? With a blue round bottle and red diamantes it makes you feel very glamorous just owning it. The smell is the just something else with a blend of fruity and floral which will make you fall in love with it as well as be made as your must have scent for the spring. With top notes of raspberry and apricot blossom and base notes of musk, violet candy and vanilla this perfume is something to put on your Christmas wish list girls.

7. Midnight Fantasy by Britney Spears
Midnight fantasy was one of the first perfumes I ever purchased with my own money (mind you it was after Christmas but it was still my own money). I was mainly drawn to this particular because of the celebrity that released the scent as I had all the fragrances from the line other than this one. However after I got it home it became my new everyday scent replacing love etc. I must say it is more on the sweeter side than the floral; with top notes of plum, black cherry and framboise it makes an outfit complete every time you spray it.

8. Body Shop Love Etc.
Love etc. by The Body Shop presents love as universal strength. This seductive, hot and exciting perfume is composed of neroli, pear and bergamot in top notes. A heart introduces jasmine, heliotrope and lily of the valley, while a base encompasses vanilla, sandalwood and creamy musk. It is a good combination with The Body Shop's pink grapefruit body butter as the two scent really do compliment each other. In my opinion it is the ideal summer scent and I highly recommend this fragrance and on the plus side it is really affordable.

9. Ricci Ricci by Nina Ricci
Ricci Ricci has been a favourite of mine ever since my dad purchased it as a gift from my mumma for her birthday a couple of years ago. Since then I would have a cheeky smell of it and I just melt every time. I don't normally like floral scents but this one perfume I just can't help but enjoy. With top notes of rhubarb and base notes of sandalwood it is a grown up scent and most wearable in the evening maybe even on date night. The bottle is the cutest as well if you are a girly person it is a must have a completely pink bottle and in the shape of a ribbon what more can a girly girl ask for?

10. Nude by Rihanna
Nude is the newest sweet to my collection and from the first sniff I was in love it is ideal blend of fruity and sweet scents. There is also a very subtle floral scent of orange blossom, jasmine and gardenia. The top notes consist of pear, guava and mandarin. The bottle is very sophisticated with it's simplicity - they do say less is more and here they are  quite right. I would say it's more of a day time scent perfect for a day out with the girls. This is the third scent from Rihanna's collection and it too is equally as successful as the previous two.

My Drunken Experiences

Yes I am underage. However, does that really stop teenagers from getting alcohol and drinking it with their friends - I think not. Last night it was my best friends 18th birthday party and there was a lot of alcohol! I arrived late as I had the pleasure of working until 9; by the time I had arrived (which was only 2 hours after the party started) 2 people were wasted and I would say 4 or 5 people were quite tipsy. It all went downhill from the point of my arrival there was puking, falling over, spilling of drinks, laughing, bribing and shouting. This party was by far the worst but best party we had been to in a long time!

Our groups first party experience was for my 16th birthday - it took me a while but i had finally convinced my parents to let me to have a party! That was a bad party as all the alcohol had been drunk within an hour and a half and a lot of people were quite drunk including me, well actually that's a little fib as I was more like paralytic, oops. There are extremely embarrassing pictures of me passed out from that night but my favourite picture is our first group picture.

Since then there have been numerous amount of parties and loads of different people puking and passing out. The party awards are as follows:
Best Host - Rach
Non-Puker - Rach
Best Puke - Aimee
Funniest Dunk- Deeya
Bitchiest Drunk - Paige
Kindest Drunk - Berry
The Best Party - Rory 18th

Most Puke's in a Night - Rach 18th
The Best Drunk - Dom Doms
Lightweight Award - Nathan
Beer Pong Champion - Aimee
Logical Drunk - Riley
Most Disgusting Puke - Kegan at my 16th
All Night High Heel Wearer - ME
Last Minute Invites - Dan and Matt

When you drink do it with your friends! I can promise you it'll be a better night!

Echo Is Pregnant!!

Got great news this week, looks like my little echo is expecting little puppies again, Yay!
As you didn't know this I thought I might tell you a little bit about my lovely dogs. My family and I have 2 dogs Echo and Diesel they are both french bulldogs and if you couldn't tel from the title of this blog post Echo is a girl she is a pied french bulldog which is just a fancy way of saying black and white. Diesel on the other hand is our little man and he is brindle again a fancy way of saying black with brown, he also has a white patch on his belly.
Echo and Diesels personalities could not any more different. Echo is so energetic and loud whereas Diesel is the most lazy dog you will ever met! Plus he has the cutest little trait as he has a shorter muzzle than echo his tongue sticks out, bless him.
Now you know a little bit about my dogs back to the amazing news of little echo being pregnant for the last time after this we're getting her spade, so no more puppies. :(

On the 8th May 2012 Echo gave birth to her first litter. The family and I were thrilled as well as terrified because french bulldogs are known to pass away during labour that is why we booked her in for a c-section. But when Papa Pollard came down to find out that not only had Echo given birth to 3 gorgeous puppies she was also alive and healthy. They were all brindle to our surprise! I think we were expecting to be some colour variation but it didn't bother us because we just gained 3 new members to the family even if it was temporarily. We had 2 boys Banksy and Cisse now known by their families as Stanley I and Gonzo; we also had a little girl we called her Ebony but her mummy and daddy know her as Winnie.

We only bred Echo and Diesel as hobby but after the first little mum fell in love with raising the puppies so we ended doing a second time and Monday 8th October 2012 Echo had her second litter but this time by c-section we were not risking Echo's life. Echo had 8 little puppies that morning 5 girls (2 fawn, 1 brindle and 2 pied) and 3 boys (3 pied). We were definitely not expecting a litter that size considering our previous litter consisted of 3 little terrors but 8 was different story. If you didn't know when you breed dogs you have to register the puppies with the Kennel Club so you get to pick inventive names for each of them and this little was certainly inventive to say the least. Right the two fawn girls (light brown) were called Cookies and Cream and Duchess Ella, the brindle girl was called Kalen Katniss and our pied girls were called Miss Ellie after my great grandma and Ammy Moo Moo after my bestfriend. The boys were called Levi Roots (Aimee named him), Happy Feet and Zerander Rahl. We still keep in touch with most of the owners who bought our dogs through Facebook; it really is nice to see the puppies grow up. So over a year later and here we are again the third and final time but it looks like we're getting 6 new puppies for Christmas. Certainly the best Christmas ever!

The Day In A Life Of A Sixth Former...

Well where do I start?
The getting ready.
It typically starts with my alarm (which is the result of all my early morning starts) going off at 6.30 am; mind you I always snooze it until about 6.45. After all the procrastination I eventually get out of bed and pop to the bathroom to start my morning routine. My bathroom business normally takes about 5-10 minutes. I wonder to my afterwards to put on my "uniform" for school, normally it's just a black skirt/trousers, t-shirt/blouse and a pair of shoes. I'll tell you a story for the reason why I don't get in jeans, hoodies and converse to school and the reason is my headteacher. He decided that it would prepare us for later life by making up wear business suits - did he not realise that we're off to university after sixth form and we can wear what the hell we want? Obviously not. Once I'm all fresh and dressed I get to my favourite part of getting ready my hair and makeup! I don't do much to my hair; normally I straighten and pin my fringe back. But on the days that i feel like mixing it up a little I will curl it. With my makeup I'll do a blog post on my routine otherwise you all will be reading this for god knows how long. So, normally after getting ready I will pop downstairs and say good morning to my gorgeous dogs and grab a bite to eat then head out the door to meet my awesome friends.

The journey to school.

Leaving my house on time is a challenge for me as something happens at home, I end up forgetting something or I just running late. I aim to leave at 7.30 am to meet my friends Aimee, Deeya and Rachael for 7.45 am and continue our extra 2 mile journey to our school. My friends and I have some very odd conversations to say the least but they are quite peculiar in the mornings and especially on a Monday morning. Anyway a Morrisons has quite recently been built our town as we walk past the supermarket I text my other friend Paige (who lives further away from us four) to tell her we're on our way. Eventually after a 45 minute walk to school we get there at 8.15 am. Now it is the winter months our school has decided to give us free tea, toast, cereal and squash which is nice to warm you up when it is cold mmmm.

The day.
My day isn't that bad actually. As I only have 3 subject i don't actually have many lessons. Oh forgot to mention all my lessons are 40 minutes each. I have 15 free periods per week and only 21 lessons per week plus I finish at 1.00 pm every Friday, woo! Anyway going off track Beth, today was Wednesday so I only had maths lesson 7&8 and physics lessons 4&5 the rest of the time I just chill with my friends in our sixth form common room watch films/tv on our laptops, eat and just chat most of the time. So what did I in my physics lesson physicsy stuff not like I pay attention in class as I taught myself the course over half term and in maths I made posters for my classroom (on A2 maths of course).

The walk home.
Today's walk home was awful! It was raining but not proper rain that drizzly rain that gets you SOAKED! Although i did have the company of Rach, Paige, Riley (that's a girl by the way) and Rory. We ended up talking about what we think the best rap battle of history episodes were. For it is the Mozart vs. Skrillex if you haven't seen them go check them out they are so funny and worth watching I promise you!

At home.
When I get home I don't normally do much other than get changed, play with my dogs and watch some TV until dinner like tonight except I'm writing for you guys. This is pretty much a day in the life of me expect Friday I work on a Friday so it is a little different but only a little.

Hope you enjoyed reading something new
have a great evening guys!
speak to you soon :)

G'day My Fellow Interwebbers

Welcome people of the internet to readingsomethingneweveryday.blogspot.com
So as you are going to be my new internet friends I thought you deserved to get to know me a little. I'm a British lass from a little area called Bedfordshire which isn't that far from London. Currently I am at sixth form in Year 13 studying my A-Levels which are psychology, maths and physics. But 13 years ago me and my family upped and moved half way round world to a little country called Australia where I lived there with my mum, dad and brother for 5 year until my mumma got a bit homesick so we moved back in 2005 and have lived here ever since. Oh by the way I'm Beth (I'm the one with the ridiculous grin)

About a year ago (I was probably trying to do some school work) I decided to have a quick browse on YouTube. I soon stumbled across Zoella280390's October favourites video and from that point I was constantly checking my subscription box for new uploads from her. I soon discovered there was a whole community of these YouTuber's and they were called beauty guru's. So since then I have watched countless hours of YouTube videos and gained some knowledge of the beauty world. Not long after i came across some of these beauty guru's blogs and I really enjoyed reading they and learning something from them (mainly make-up wise)

After a couple of months of reading the blogs and watching the videos I took upon myself to purchase my first ever eye-shadow palette recommended by Tanya Burr. This is one of my favourite things in my make-up collection and I would recommend it to everyone you won't regret it i promise. After that i started to adventure into nail polish. Actually it started with one of my best friends buying me two colours from the rimmel london lasting finish collection and I just ended buying the whole collection over time. So now I have a little addiction to nail polish. Just a heads up I'm also a little bit of a shopaholic and an impulsive shopper.

Over this last year I have learnt so much from YouTube and blogs so i thought I'd have a crack at it myself. So this blog is pretty much going to have anything and everything on it from beauty related information and reviews to even a bit of advice for you guys.

Really what I'm trying to say is welcome to my blog and enjoy reading something new have a great fireworks night guys
I'll check in with you all soon
toodle-pip me lovelies
