The Body Shop Body Butters

I Absolutely love the body butters from The Body Shop! I do love the circular containers the product comes in - in the last couple of years I've tried out a few of the body butters to say the least. I normally opt for the pink grapefruit or the peach scents but I really like the summer 2013 collection. I picked up all the minis of the collection (papaya, blueberry, passion fruit and raspberry) but I loved the raspberry one so much I had purchase the full size of it. The body butters are geared towards all different skin types for example the Shea body butter is formulated for very dry skin so obviously it is going to be really creamy and moisturising. As it is directed towards people with very dry skin it felt quite heavy and sticky on my skin.

I love the Brazil Nut scent in the summer time, it's like a cousin to the Shea scent! The Brazil Nut scent is very light, and lingers on the skin for a few hours, but you can't notice it unless you are very close. This is the perfect moisturiser to use if you also like to wear perfume as it won't overpower the scent you choose to wear.

Although my all time favourite The Body Shop bod butter is the pink grapefruit scent - it has a very creamy consistency and The Body Shop say to use for normal skins but you can use any of the body butters on any skin type. Unlike some of the body butters (honeymania and mango) the pink grapefruit body butter smells exactly like pink grapefruit (I could spend hours smelling this!) Another bonus of this body butter is that it doubles as moisturiser and a perfume as the scent is so strong (I am not complaining).

Vanilla, Ginger and Cranberry

Overall I recommend you taking a trip to you nearest The Body Shop store and picking up one of these babies you will not regret it - if anything you will regret only leaving with one out of the wide variety of scents (I know I do every time). Plus their new Christmas collection is absolutely divine and the packaging is so sweet.

How you enjoyed reading something new
